At & t Samsung Solstice A887 tips: Mp3 As ringtones
Someone asked if he can set Mp3 file as ringones on this New At & t Samsung Solstice A887, the answer is absolutly yes, Yes,!! You can assign Mp3 file as a contact ringtone, alarm tone or as the incoming call ringtone! But please note expept the Mp3, At & t samsung Solstice A887 support also MP3, AAC, WMA, MP4, 3GP and AMR media files, well, please be note only files less than 300k can be assign as the ringtone.
How to assign mp3 as ringtone: follow this steps below:
- From the standby screen, press Menu
- Press My Stuff
- Press Audio
- Press either Tones or Music,
to view the contents - Press the desired
MP3 file to play it - Press Set as
- Press one of the following:
- Call Ringtone: To set the MP3 as the current profile’s Ringtone
- Caller Ringtone
- Press Search Contact
- Press the desired Contact
- Press Save to assign the MP3 file as
the Caller Ringtone
- Alarm Tone
- Press the desired Alarm
- Presson Save to assign the MP3 file as
the Alarm Tone
