The below step by steps guides is for how to reset propel phone settings from samsung offical support

  1. While in standby mode, press the right soft key for Menu
  2. Select Settings (9)
  3. Select Reset Settings (8)
  4. Highlight, using the navigation keys, any of the following:
    • All: Sound Profile, Display, Phone, Alarm and Bluetooth settings will be returned to default values
    • Sound Profile Settings: Only sound profile settings will be returned to default values
    • Display Settings: Only display settings will be returned to default values
    • Phone Settings: Only phone settings will be returned to default values
    • Alarms: Only alarm settings will be returned to default values
    • Bluetooth: Only Bluetooth settings will be returned to default values
  5. Press the  key to check the box(es) of the desired Reset Settings
  6. Press the left soft key for OK to set the Reset
  7. Enter the password, using the keypad, default password is “0000”
  8. Press the left soft key for OK
  9. If prompted, Enter the password again to confirm, using the keypad
  10. Press the left soft key for OK
  11. Press the left soft key for Yes to reset the handset’s settings to the factory defaults
