To reset the handset, to the factory default settings, follow the steps below:

1. While in standby mode,
   press the right soft key for Menu
2. Select Settings (9)
3. Select Reset Settings
   (8)
4. Highlight, using the
   navigation keys, any of the following:
   • All: Profile, Display, Phone
     and Alarm settings will be returned to default values
   • Sound Profile Settings:
     Only
     sound settings will be returned to default values
   • Display Settings: Only
     display settings will be returned to default values
   • Phone Settings: Only
     phone settings will be returned to default values
   • Alarms:
     Only alarm settings will be returned to default values
   • Bluetooth: All Bluetooth settins will return to their default
     settings
5. Press the key
   to check the box(es) of the desired Reset Settings
6. Press the left soft
   key for OK to set the Reset
7. Enter the password,
   using the keypad, default password is “0000”
8. Press the left soft
   key for Confirm
9. Enter the password
   again to confirm,
   using the keypad
10. Press the left soft
    key for OK
11. Press the left soft
    key for Yes to reset the handset’s settings to the factory defaults
