Both the price is not clear till today yet.
Both the device use samsung;s own Ystem- that is TouchWiz UI.
As to display, S5230 equips with 3.0 size display-WQVGA, S5600 comes with 2.8-inch QVGA panel
Both device comes the same 3.2MP camera which is capable of recording QVGA resolution video at up to 15fps.
