Using Samsung Jet New PC studio Software to Manage your Music Files

Copy music files via Samsung PC Studio
1. In Menu mode, select Settings → Phone settings → PC connections → Samsung PC
studio or Mass storage → Save.
2. Press [ ] to return to Idle mode.

5). Click on Phone Explorer (Manage Files)
6). From the Browse for Folder screen, click on the destination location

Transferring Contacts from Outlook to PC Studio 3

With the A867 connected to the PC via PC Studio:

  1. In PC Studio, double click on the Phone Editor icon.
  2. Click on the Phone icon (located underneath the phonebook radio button).
  3. From the File menu choose Import (to Import Outlook Contacts into PC Studio 3 application)
  4. Select the Outlook icon and click Next.  
  5. Select Contacts and click Next.
  6. PC Studio will then transfer contacts from Outlook into PC Studio 3.
Transferring Outlook Contacts from PC Studio 3 to Phone

Once the Contacts in Outlook have been transferred to PC Studio, the final step is to transfer from PC Studio to the phone.  While still connected to the PC via PC Studio

  1. Double click the Phone Editor icon.
  2. Click on the PC icon (located underneath the phonebook radio button).
  3. Right click on listing of Contacts on the right.  On the ‘right click menu” choose Select All, or hold down the CTRL key on the keyboard to select individual Contacts to transfer.
  4. When the Contacts to be transferred have been selected, right click on Contacts again and select Copy.
  5. The transfer will start immediately when clicking on either the Phone icon or the SIM Card icon.

To transfer
MP3′s using Microsoft ActiveSync follow the steps below:

  1. After installing, connect the handset to the PC using the supplied
    USB data cable
  2. Setup a partnership
  3. In ActiveSync’s main window, click on Explore

  1. Navigate to the folder where the MP3′s are located
  2. Select the desired MP3(s) – Hint: Hold down the CTRL key to select
    multiple MP3′s
