option listed below:

PCs Running Windows Vista

If your PC is running Windows Vista, your synchronization
settings will be managed through the Windows Mobile Device Center.

PCs Running Windows XP or earlier

If your PC is running Windows XP, or earlier, your synchronization
settings will be managed through Microsoft ActiveSync.

Tip: When an error occurs in a USB connection, activate the DHCP Client
service, or deactivate the firewall or VPN environment. USB hubs and laptop
PC docking stations have not exhibited consistent stability with Windows®
Mobile 6 powered devices and ActiveSync®. You can connect the device to
the PC USB ports if you experience connection drops or inability to connect
through a USB hub or laptop PC docking station.

WARNING: DO NOT DISCONNECT USB CABLE DURING THE
FILE TRANSFER

To transfer
MP3′s using Microsoft ActiveSync follow the steps below:

1. After installing, connect the handset to the PC using the supplied
   USB data cable
2. Setup a partnership
3. In ActiveSync’s main window, click on Explore

   

Navigate to the folder where the MP3′s are located
Select the desired MP3(s) – Hint: Hold down the CTRL key to select
multiple MP3′s
Pull down the Edit Menu and select Copy (Ctrl C)
In a separate Explorer window, navigate to the desired destination
folder for the MP3′s
Pull down the Edit Menu and select Paste (Ctrl V)
Now it is safe to disconnect the USB data cable from both the handset
and PC
