According to www.engadget.com/, Verizon will launch the i920 Samsung Omnia 2 ( note, it is not i8000). on 2nd Dec 2009

You have several options: $199 with 2 year-agreement after $100 MIR, $269.99 with 1 year agreement after $100 MIR, full retail price is $519.99
